Evaluating and assisting in program development and improvement. 2+ years of experience in relevant settings Doctorate in Clinical or Educational Psychology Licensed to practice by the State of California Board of Psychology Proficiency with psychological and behavioral assessments (e.g., WISC 5, WAIS IV) Experience with children and adults in various settings Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work collaboratively and supportively Flexible and adaptable to varying schedules Excellent problem-solving skills Experience with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration Additional proficiency in specific psychological assessments Empathy and strong interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills
Job Description
A leading healthcare provider in California is currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join their team in Watsonville / Salinas. This role involves working in both office and field settings, evaluating and providing essential psychological services to developmentally disabled individuals.
About the Opportunity :
- Hybrid or Remote : Office and Field based
- Shift : Monday - Friday, 9a-5p
- Schedule : Start time negotiable; appointments may vary
- Hours : Full-time, Temp to Perm
- Setting : In-office and field visits, mileage reimbursed
