A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage IT operations and support employees in a SaaS-driven technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for IT-related issues and manage device provisioning and maintenance
Oversee user account management across various platforms and ensure secure onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer licenses for productivity and collaboration tools while maintaining compliance and monitoring security
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of IT support or systems administration experience in a SaaS-first organization
Proficiency in macOS & Windows setup, troubleshooting, and enterprise management with JAMF
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and user account management through Okta
Familiarity with endpoint security software and experience with SaaS tools like Zoom, Slack, and Jira
Understanding of basic cloud account permissions and troubleshooting
