About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

License : Valid State License required at the time of submission

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required

Must-Have :

• Continuous IV sedation experience
• CVVHD / CRRT experience
• Hypothermia protocol experience
• Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump experience
• Ability to assist with line insertion and intubation
• Management of dysrhythmias experience

Description :

Join our ICU team for day shifts.

This position requires a nurse with a background in intensive and intermediate care.

Patient ratios are typically 1 : 2 during both day and night shifts.

The role involves assisting with cardiac and pulmonary patients, as well as those on ventilators.

Experience working with CRRT and various cardiac protocols is preferred.

Candidates must be willing to float within the scope of practice as needed.

Weekend coverage is required, averaging every third weekend.

The unit features a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Experience with EPIC charting is necessary.

There are no on-call requirements for this position.

This role includes participation in hypothermia protocols and management of post-cardiac surgery patients.

Ensure compliance with various state nursing regulations throughout the contract duration.
