Job Title : Speech Therapist

Profession : Rehabilitation Therapy

Hours per Shift : 32

Experience : Minimum years of experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply. SNF experience preferred.

License : State license verification required.

Certifications : Covid test required 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date.

Federal criminal check for the last 7 years or more

Multi-state criminal search for the last 7 years or more

Nationwide sex offender search for the last 7 years or more

HHS / OIG search

GSA search

1-step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray

SAM search

Description :
