We're Hiring : Epic Application Manager Ancillary
Location : Hybrid (Onsite T / W / Th, Remote M / F)
Contract : 6-Months (Great chance for conversion to full time)
Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM
Are you a strategic leader with deep Epic expertise and a passion for improving healthcare operations? Join us as an Epic Application Manager Ancillary , where youll lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality system services and drive innovation across our integrated delivery network (IDN).
What Youll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations and workload tracking across your team
- Lead client-facing discussions to align business direction with IT strategy
- Collaborate with IT leadership to resolve issues and foster a positive work environment
- Coach and develop team members through goal setting, feedback, and training
- Support Epic and IT executive leadership with timely updates and stakeholder engagement
- Identify and communicate escalated issues impacting the IDN
- Drive budget planning and application improvements to enhance customer experience
- Monitor and manage capital and operational budgets
- Stay current with technology trends and apply new skills to team initiatives
