Senior Financial Analyst – Days (Hybrid Option)

📍 Location : McLaren Health Care Corporate | One McLaren Parkway, Grand Blanc, MI

🕒 Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM | 80 hours per pay period

📅 Start Date : October 20, 2025

💼 Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time (Hybrid – local candidates preferred)

💵 Salary Range : $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on education and experience)

McLaren Health Care is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team in Grand Blanc, MI. This role supports financial and operational decision-making by delivering analytical insights, cost-accounting reports, and strategic recommendations to drive performance across McLaren’s integrated health network.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide data-driven financial and statistical analyses to assess the impact of management decisions and proposals.
Identify cost control opportunities and develop strategic improvement recommendations.
Maintain data integrity and validate financial information across multiple systems.
Prepare reports and assist in operational studies to improve system efficiency.
Support implementation of new systems and analytics tools.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred).

Experience :

Minimum 5 years in healthcare finance or healthcare financial analysis (10 years if no degree).

Experience with hospital clinical / claim and financial data, large databases, and cost-accounting.

Proficiency in data extraction and analysis using Access, Excel, or SQL.

Preferred : Tableau and SQL expertise, healthcare contract management experience, and advanced cost-accounting or pro forma modeling skills.
