Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and experience in home health or long-term care settings.

Responsibilities :

Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance

Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

Ensure clients' nutritional needs are met and provide meal assistance as needed

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment

Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional

Maintain accurate care documentation and follow care plans

Offer companionship and engage clients, including those with dementia, in meaningful activities

Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers

Promote client dignity, comfort, and independence

Qualifications :

Current New Jersey CHHA Certification (Required)

CPR and First Aid Certification (Required)

Minimum 6 months of prior experience

as a Certified Home Health Aide

Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
