Position Summary :

Bonaventure is seeking a highly motivated and driven Analyst to join our team at our Alexandria, VA headquarters. Reporting directly to the Director of Asset Management, you will work closely with the entire Asset Management team. This role offers comprehensive training in Bonaventure’s system of investments, construction, and property management. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing all Bonaventure investments, with a clear path to career growth and development.

Who You Are :

• You are a passionate and ambitious individual with 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in asset management.
• You possess a strong sense of urgency and a hunger for success, always striving to exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results.
• You are passionate about real estate : You have a genuine interest in real estate and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company.
• Independent and Efficient : You excel at managing your time effectively, working independently without significant, direct supervision, and handling multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Critical Thinker : You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have the ability to analyze large quantities of data, summarize relevant information, and provide actionable insights.
• Motivated and Driven : You are motivated by challenges and have a strong desire to grow and advance in your career within the asset management field.

What You Will Do :

As an Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing the performance of Bonaventure’s investments. Your key responsibilities will include :

Assist in implementing and executing comprehensive plans to manage all investments to peak performance.

Engage in frequent problem-solving, anticipating future potential problems, and developing proactive solutions.
