Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Roseburg, OR, USA

Position Summary :

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) at Innovative Renal Care (IRC) , you’ll play a pivotal role in the care and treatment of patients living with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) . Working alongside a dedicated team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and other healthcare professionals, you will oversee the full scope of dialysis treatments, from patient assessment to machine setup and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Supervise Patient Care Technicians and coordinate care across the dialysis shift.

Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments , including monitoring vitals and reviewing lab results.

Set up, operate, and monitor dialysis machines in accordance with established protocols.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

Educate patients and families on kidney disease, dialysis procedures, and self-care.

Monitor patient response to dialysis and intervene as necessary.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with federal, state, and organizational policies.

Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications :

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program – Required

( BSN preferred but not required )

Active Oregon RN License – Required at the time of submission

Current BLS / CPR Certification – Required

1+ years of experience in dialysis , ICU , CCU , ER , or Med-Surg – Required
