A respected Houston-based energy boutique is hiring a Title Opinion Attorney. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for Oklahoma-based attorneys seeking autonomy, high-level title work, and a flexible billing structure. While the firm does not maintain a physical Oklahoma City office, several attorneys currently work remotely ouside of Texas. This firm provides a positive and laid-back environment with managing partners who are truly kind and responsive. Substantial opportunities for upward mobility and streamlined partner status. No Texas Bar License required.

Set your own billable target and schedule

Salary adjusted to experience and billing preference

Bonus eligibility for surpassing billable goal

• No Texas Bar License Required (oversight by barred Texas attorneys)

Key Responsibilities :

Draft drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions

Analyze land records, mineral rights, and ownership chains

Research-intensive work focused on Texas and other producing states

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary tailored to experience and billable goal

15% origination credit (gross)

Automatic 3% employer 401(k) contribution

Blue Cross PPO plan

Paid hourly for managing other attorneys

Bonus opportunities above billing target
