Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Examiner located in Roseville, CA. The Title Examiner will be responsible for examining title orders, reviewing title opinions, researching deeds, performing title searches, and analyzing chain of title. The role will also involve collaborating with escrow officers and other team members to ensure a seamless closing process.

Qualifications

• Experience with Title Opinions and Deeds
• Proficiency in performing Title Examination and analyzing Chain of Title
• Knowledge of Escrow processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Roseville, CA
• Previous experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus
