About The Position

Location : Albany or Troy, New York | Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM | Closed ICU

A leading healthcare system in New York's Capital Region is actively seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Critical Care Nocturnists to join a dynamic and experienced team providing high-quality care in a closed ICU setting. This is a hospital-employed position offering inpatient-only responsibilities, competitive compensation, and a supportive clinical environment.

🩺 Position Highlights :

Schedule : Full-time nocturnist (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Setting : Inpatient only – closed ICU

Location Options : Hospital campuses in Albany or Troy, NY

EMR : EPIC

Team environment : Collaborative support from experienced ICU providers

No visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B not accepted)

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care – Required

Active New York medical license or willingness to obtain – Required

DEA license (or willing to obtain) – Required

Prior MICU experience – Required (no exceptions)

💵 Compensation & Benefits :

Hourly Rate : Starting at $250 / hr (with additional performance, quality, and productivity incentives)
