Clean Room - MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE

Job Description

This entry-level role is responsible for supporting manual packaging operations, cleaning, and material handling tasks in a regulated manufacturing environment. The position requires adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines under close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Operate pallet jacks for material transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following the 5S methodology.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures for rooms, small parts, and equipment.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Follow verbal instructions and production procedures.
• Work in compliance with GMP, FDA, and DEA regulations.

Work Environment

The work environment is a GMP cleanroom production setting, requiring adherence to high standards of cleanliness and safety. The job involves working various shifts, including a 4-day, 10-hour schedule for the 3rd shift. Candidates will have the opportunity to choose between different shift schedules to maintain a balanced distribution across the team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.20 - $22.20 / hr.
