Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Las Vegas, NV Position Overview

Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Setting : Level III NICU - High-acuity, 72-bed unit

Team : 13 Neonatologists & 12 APPs (NNPs / PAs)

Average Daily Census : 60 patients

Patient Population : Critically ill neonates, including ELBW infants

Not Accepting : Locums or visa candidates Clinical Responsibilities

Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-volume, collaborative NICU

Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams

Perform and manage : Neonatal ECMO

Jet and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation

Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)

Whole-body cooling for HIE

Coordinate care with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists

Work closely with teams in PICU, CVICU, and pediatric ER

Licensure & Qualifications

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner License - Active NV License Required

Board Certification (NNP) - Required

Experience with high-acuity neonates - Strongly Preferred Compensation & Benefits
