Job Details

Minimum Qualifications :

Juris Doctorate (J.D.)

Licensed by and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Ability to travel as case assignment warrants.

1-5 years’ experience practicing as an attorney.

Previous litigation experience, preferably related to plaintiff side employment law.

Ability to review / advise on labor agreements, manage discovery, draft legal documents, and conduct research.

Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
