Valiant Search is working with a well-established law firm in Rochester, NY to find a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney . What You'll Be Doing

• Handling a variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, torts, and contract issues
• Managing cases from start to finish — from intake and strategy to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial
• Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements
• Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the firm's growth

What We're Looking For

JD from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice in New York State and in good standing

3–5 years of experience in civil litigation

Strong courtroom presence and excellent writing and negotiation skills

A team player who can also work independently

A portable book of business is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Competitive base salary : $125,000-160,000, depending on experience and client base
