Senior Installation Manager’s role is to support the installation teams in partnership with the General Manager, as well as all levels of regional leadership. This manager will be responsible for ensuring the branch follows all production processes to install NewSouth Window Solutions product lines efficiently as well as profitably. This is not a manufacturing role.

Responsibilities

• Interview resource for candidates for various installation and production roles
• Training responsibilities for new Installation Managers
• Develop, implement, and support process improvement plans for the following : Precision MeasuresJob Site VisitsCycle Time(s)CollectionsRecruiting and Onboarding new Installers.
• D365 support for Installation, Production, Service and Warehousing functions
• Partner with IT / Corporate Accounting to streamline existing processes and create more efficient work steps.
• SOP updates / Playbook SOP updates
• Backup Installation Manager responsibilities in lieu of an open field position.
• Execution of daily / weekly leadership production dashboard
