Role Description
This is a full-time, Home Care RN at CLAY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The Home Care RN will participate in the multi-disciplinary care of Home Health and Hospice patients following the plan of treatment prescribed by the patient’s physician.
Qualifications
- Current IL RN License
- 2 years of RN experience
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certification
- Annual TB test / assessment
- Recommended vaccinations (Declination available)
