Core Responsibilities Evaluate organizational strategy and performance metrics to identify process improvements and implement effective, data-driven solutions. Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical and business data to support strategic decision-making, ensuring high data quality and actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Conduct business systems analysis and align requirements with organizational goals, supporting automation, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional collaboration by organizing and facilitating meetings, translating complex concepts, and developing implementation plans aligned with business priorities. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and system users, ensuring solutions meet operational needs while producing clear, tailored reports and dashboards. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, combining technical insight with a personable and professional approach. Support special projects and additional duties as assigned by leadership, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and resource alignment. Required Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience using advanced computerized models and tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for actionable use. Education : Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering. Preferred Skills and Strengths : Personable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented professional with a strong sense of accountability, initiative, and cross-functional teamwork experience. Excellent communicator with advanced storytelling and documentation skills for reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics, with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights. Experienced in translating complex concepts into clear formats, conducting stakeholder sessions, and developing technical documentation including flow diagrams and use cases. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint, with knowledge of strategic planning, ESG frameworks, and performance management in public sector or utility environments.
