PT needed to work Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Min 1 year experience. Must have TX license. Scrubs : Navy Blue. EMR : Meditech Expanse. Responsible for evaluation, assessment, goal-setting, and planning of physical therapy treatments for patients referred by a qualified healthcare practitioner appropriately licensed in the State of Texas.
