Responsibilities

• Handle cash and credit retail transactions using the POS system.
• Responsible for assigned cash drawer and end of day balancing of cash and sales reports.
• Handle all transactions using proper cash control policies and procedures.
• Assist guests with questions concerning Grand Canyon West locations, operations, Hualapai history and culture; provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist with maintaining retail inventory, assist in warehouse, stock and price merchandise.
• Foster a team environment, multi-task efficiently and maintain positive working relationships.
• Assist with training of new retail employees on POS system, cash handling policies and procedures and model outstanding customer service.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
