Requirements :

Experience in probate, estate planning, or trust law

Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and good standing

Strong understanding of Texas probate statutes and procedures

Proficient in managing cases from intake through resolution

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications :

Active license to practice law in Texas

Skills :
