A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Weekends).
Key Responsibilities
Manage client repair and maintenance needs and maintain positive client relations
Handle customer calls and email requests, scheduling and overseeing service completion
Assist the Team Lead with reporting, escalations, and training junior team members
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
4+ years of customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred experience as a CSRIII and property maintenance experience
Undergraduate degree or internship preferred
