About the Role :

As an Infant Lead Teacher at Kids 'R' Kids Keller, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating our youngest learners. Join a passionate team dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for infants to grow and thrive.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
• Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and curiosity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for infants and staff.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate findings to parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding childcare.
• Foster positive relationships with families and provide support to parents as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements :

• Must have a minimum of 2 year teaching experience in a licensed facility.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Background check clearance required prior to employment.
• Passion for fostering a love of learning in infants and young children.
