Sales Representative - Private Home Care

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Client Care Liaison - Marketing / Sales Representative to join our team.

Salary range $65,000-$70,000 plus commission. Unlimited earning potential

Responsibilities :

• Call on social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and communities within an assigned territory to promote our services and generate referrals.
• Meet with prospective clients to determine needs, make appropriate care recommendations, establish an initial plan of care, and coordinate services.
• Providing on-going support to clients and assisting internal staff with resolving issues and / or meeting client needs.
• Develop a marketing plan in collaboration with management to meet or exceed established sales goaIs.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales and prospective activities.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Regularly participate in community and industry networking events.
• Establish working rapport with industry professionals in the territory.
• Attend all mandatory sales meetings and / or training.
