You'll oversee the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury teams, managing day-to-day activities while constantly pushing for improvements. If you're ready to optimize, automate, and energize core financial functions, this is your shot.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities :

• Direct and develop a team of accounting professionals across AP, AR and Treasury
• Manage daily financial transactions including billing, payments, collections and reconciliations
• Drive process improvements that enhance accuracy and streamline workflows
• Own the month-end close process and ensure clean, timely reporting
• Serve as the audit liaison, preparing documentation and maintaining compliance
• Oversee cash flow operations and reporting in partnership with banking institutions
• Collaborate across departments to solve issues and align operations

Accounting Manager Requirements :

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $135,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. The position is a hybrid role in downtown Chicago.
