Project Description : The Employee Experience Integration Project aims to establish structured methods for gathering valuable feedback from frontline employees, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and creating sustainable channels for ongoing employee-driven innovation.

About This Role :

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing research methodologies to gather employee feedback
• Coordinate and participate in targeted research activities with frontline staff
• Document and organize collected insights and recommendations
• Support the analysis and synthesis of research findings
• Help create frameworks for sustainable employee-driven innovation channels
• Contribute to presentations and documentation of project outcomes
