Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A maternity leave Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide support in a K-12 school setting in Fremont, NE. This contract position offers approximately 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, aligned with the school calendar. The assignment is scheduled to start on January 5th, with the possibility of an earlier start in December, and is expected to conclude around March 27th.
This role involves managing a caseload of 40 to 50 students ranging in age from kindergarten through 21 years old. Key responsibilities include conducting speech-language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized lesson plans, managing cases, preparing progress reports, and participating in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. The position requires on-site presence and involves using VOCO communication tools.
