Job Summary : The Client Capital Sourcing Specialist is responsible for procurement process of Capital sourcing across all business units for the client. This position is accountable for ensuring that the appropriate goods and services are selected based on price, quality, delivery, and support to meet the needs of the individual business units. Assist in executing strategies to meet the goals set by the business units while maintaining corporate sourcing policies. The Client Sourcing Specialist is responsible for communicating with internal client customers, qualifying existing and new suppliers, negotiations on price, terms and conditions, delivery, etc. to drive cost savings and / or meet project schedules.

The candidate will manage engineering scope, cost and schedule to deliver efficient, high-quality projects in a timely fashion. They will have experience managing project teams including themselves and three or more other engineering resources. They will have the ability to manage multiple projects totaling more than $600K in engineering services annually.

Responsibilities :

• Procurement Processes

Support client Capital Sourcing activities across all client business units.

Build and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.

Able to conduct supplier negotiations effectively for a positive outcome.

Foster an environment where new ideas are discussed and developed collaboratively.

Qualifications and Experience :

Microsoft Office experience

Location : Granville, OH (In office / Hybrid)

Travel : Up to 5%

Compensation & Benefits :

The expected base salary range for this role is $62,000 - $83,200 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
