Lead AI / DevOps Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead AI / DevOps Engineer to drive customer experience strategy through innovation and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead DevOps initiatives in on-prem environments and manage scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes

Develop proof-of-concept solutions for advanced AI use cases and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance

Work directly with customer teams to gather requirements and provide ongoing technical support throughout the AI product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Proficient in DevOps tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenShift Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm

Strong hands-on experience with Python; GoLang is a plus

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering valuable solutions

Ability to monitor market trends and proactively engage with customers to identify impactful solutions

Confident communicator capable of articulating vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders
