Position Overview

Were looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can lead field crews, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and maintain a professional presence on-site. Youll be the eyes and ears of the project, helping turn plans into reality while keeping everything running smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily field operations and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
  • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, and resource needs
  • Monitor schedules, materials, and manpower to keep projects on track
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Assist with project documentation, including daily reports, photos, and updates
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide proactive solutions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and the public

Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using project management software and digital reporting tools
  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented

    • Qualifications :

  • 1-5 years of construction or field supervision experience preferred
  • Experience in commercial or residential(depending on company focus)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and / or construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus (but not required). Actual field experience is highly encouraged and valued.
