We always have an opening for an on-call caregiver who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means as an on-call caregiver you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of clients, with various needs and requests. We are seeking on-call caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency to care for the vulnerable members of our community when their other caregivers cannot be there.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers :

Competitive pay between $16-$17 / hr

Direct deposit

Flexible schedules and ability for on-call caregivers to choose their work hours

As an On-call Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Meet a variety of clients and expand your experience

On-call Caregiver Requirements :

Must have your own reliable vehicle and have car

insurance

where you are listed as a driver

• Must be willing to drive to any of our service locations;

Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson & Gadsden Counties.

Must be able to service any client in any condition; bed bound, dementia, facilities, hospice ect.

Must be okay with pets; cats

and

dogs
