A company is looking for an Executive Director, Head of Neuro-Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercialization efforts for a first-in-class therapy targeting diffuse midline glioma, focusing on competitive positioning and patient access
Oversee marketing and sales teams, while collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive brand strategies and lifecycle management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in neuro-oncology, ensuring patient perspectives inform decision-making
Qualifications
10+ years of commercial leadership experience in biopharma, preferably in oncology
Experience managing large teams (10+ people) and leading US P&L roles
3-5 years of sales and marketing leadership experience with a track record of successful product launches
Expertise in pricing, reimbursement, market access, and lifecycle management
Proven ability to build high-performing teams and engage effectively with external stakeholders
