Job Title : Plant Operator (Pugmill Experience Required)

Pay : $23-$30 per hour + Travel Expenses Paid

Location : based in Hueytown, AL with travel required

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Plant Operator with hands-on pugmill operation experience to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and travel expenses covered for work at various job sites.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate and maintain pugmill machinery and associated equipment
  • Monitor and control material flow and quality
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to ensure timely production

Requirements :

  • Proven experience operating pugmill equipment
  • Ability to work in outdoor and sometimes remote environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
  • Commitment to safety and efficiency
