Industrial Blaster – Burlington, Wisconsin

Our customer in Burlington, Wisconsin is seeking a skilled and motivated individuals to join their team. We’re hiring Industrial Blasters to work full-time on 1st shift. This role involves operating blast equipment to prepare metal surfaces for painting, ensuring high-quality results and following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities of the Industrial Blaster :

• Operate blast pots, spray guns, and other blasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces.
• Assist with industrial painting duties as needed.
• Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork for tracking jobs, materials, and time.
• Operate a forklift, overhead crane, and hoist (training provided).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Industrial Blaster Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Industrial Blaster : $18.00 – $24.00 / hour, depending on experience

Industrial Blaster Benefits :

Type : 1st Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
