Our experience ranges from small engineering and consulting projects to multi-million dollar turn-key distribution, substation, and transmission line programs.

TTRS has an immediate opening for a Project Controller for Fresno, CA.

This division provides construction and maintenance services to the electrical utility industry (including large Investor Owned, Electric Cooperatives, and Municipal Electric Providers). The primary services provided are Overhead and Underground Electrical Distribution construction and maintenance. Some light Transmission services, Street Light Maintenance services, civil construction services in support of electrical infrastructure, and targeted EPC services are also offered via MSA contracts as well as project bid opportunities. This division also engages in significant storm restoration activities for both existing on-system customers as well as external (off-system) customers throughout the central and eastern US.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses
• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Conduct financial analysis and provide regular updates on project financial status
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Review and validate project change requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Support the development and improvement of project control processes and procedures
