Representative I Compensation
- The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Representative I Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsHybrid role : Must report to the San Antonio office 3 days per week (days TBD)Must also report on a rotating weekend scheduleTraining Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00am – 5 : 30pm EST for the first 8 weeks (attendance mandatory, no vacation)Post-Training Schedule : Rotating shifts between 8 : 00am – 8 : 00pm EST, Monday – Friday, with rotating weekend coverageStart Date : 11 / 10 / 2025Location : San Antonio OfficeRepresentative I Responsibilities
Utilize multiple software systems to create Medicare Prior Authorization case reviewsMeet or exceed government mandated timelinesComply with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standardsAcquire and maintain knowledge of relevant and changing Medicare Part D guidancePerform high-volume data entry across multiple systems with accuracyParticipate in virtual meetings (camera required during training and supervisor / team meetings)Possible outbound calls as neededRepresentative I Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDPrevious data entry experience requiredMust have dedicated, quiet workspace with wired internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Must include internet speed test screenshot ( www.speedtest.net ) on resumeMust include state and time zone at top of resumeAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysAbility to sit and focus for full shift without interruptionsAbility to work independently and navigate multiple computer applications with dual monitorsEngagement and positive attitudePreferred Qualifications
