Seeking an experienced  Production Test Technician (component-level electronics tech)  to support a leading communications test and measurement manufacturer :

  • Provide technical support for the production line, troubleshoot test failures, and repair electronic systems down to the component level
  • Work closely with the production manager and engineering team to ensure products meet high quality standards and customer expectations.

Location :  Morgan Hill, CA

Schedule : Day Shift (6am-2 : 30pm) or Swing Shift (2pm-10 : 30pm)

Pay Rate :   $25 – $34 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the production line by testing and troubleshooting test station issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware failures down to the component level.
  • Assist with testing and repair of customer-returned units.
  • Document test results and maintain accurate repair records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.

    • Requirements

  • Associate degree in Electronic Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronic repair and troubleshooting to the component level.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Self-motivated and eager to take on technical challenges.
  • Effective communication skills.
