Associate Attorney

Johnston and Obert is a law firm located in beautiful McMinnville, Oregon. We provide criminal defense to both indigent and retained clients. Our atmosphere is casual, friendly and supportive. We are looking for Associate Attorneys to fill both Misdemeanor and Felony Qualified positions, family law, personal injury, civil matters, probate and estate planning. We fully support our attorneys wanting to also practice in other areas of law and will provide any assistance we can with CLE's, advertising, etc. to help them in their success. We also provide a base pay with optional retained income. Your potential income is completely within your control. Job Type : Full-time Pay : From $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year

The firm pays for bar dues, PLF and CLE attendance.

Position is in McMinnville, Oregon, a smaller community southwest of Portland. It is in the middle of wine country and where the cost of living still remains affordable.
