Lead and direct process improvement activities for HEDIS operations
Collaborate with the Medicare STARS team to enhance STARS ratings and oversee provider satisfaction surveys
Research and implement best practices and new technological tools to achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience required
Master's Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations required
Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred
