Description

Robert Half is partnering with a global tech and entertainment company in search of a Visual Designer & Design System Specialist to support a growing cloud gaming platform. This contract role is an exciting opportunity to help build and scale a design system that powers creative production across multiple countries and campaigns.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, passionate about design systems, and has a personal interest in gaming culture. They will join a small, embedded creative team within the marketing organization and play a key role in expanding the visual foundation of a global brand .

Location : Bellevue, WA (hybrid-onsite 1 day / week)

Duration : 6-month contract w / potential to extend

Hours : 40 hours / week

Pay Rate : $40-43 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve a robust Figma-based design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across marketing assets.
• Create smart, reusable components, templates, and variables to support brand scalability across multiple countries and game launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative and marketing teams to streamline workflows and improve production velocity.
• Improve upon a recently migrated system from Photoshop to Figma, ensuring it meets the demands of an expanding platform.
• Apply strong visual design fundamentals-typography, layout, and hierarchy-to produce polished, on-brand work.
• Support rebranding efforts and regional marketing needs by scaling design systems across global touchpoints.
