Location : Austin, TX

Job Type : Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage the development and certification of wireless products, including

coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain close relationships with carriers / operators., ensuring that all carrier

    • certification requirements are met, and that products are approved in a timely

    manners.

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of carriers’ requirements and a process,

    • and use this knowledge to drive product development and certification.

  • Maintain effective communication both internally and externally, including with

    • product development teams, management, and clients.

  • Manage client escalations, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build strong relationships with 3rd party partners to ensure compliance with all

    • relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality

    • products and delivered on time and on budget.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    • SPECIFICATIONS :

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wireless communication

    • technologies such as 4G / 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. Knowledge of wireless

    carrier certification processes and requirements, including FCC, PTCRB, GCF, and

    carrier-specific certifications will be a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to manage customer

    • escalations and build strong relationships with internal and external

    stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with PC OEM 4G / 5G requirements is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot

    • complex technical issues.

  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with wireless product design and development processes, including

    • hardware, firmware, and software development.

  • Familiarity with wireless test equipment and tools such as signal generators,

    • signal analyzers, and protocol analyzers.

  • Willingness to travel : 25% (Preferred)

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • English proficiency is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
