  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities for concrete construction projects.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

  • Monitor quality standards and provide guidance to the construction team as needed.

  • Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
