Principal Site Reliability Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the SRE strategy, aligning reliability practices with business and technology goals

Lead incident response and retrospectives to drive systemic reliability improvements

Own platform concerns such as observability, monitoring, and performance

Required Qualifications

10+ years of professional software / systems engineering experience, with 5+ years in SRE or reliability roles

Proven leadership experience influencing reliability practices across teams

Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

Deep expertise in observability, monitoring, and incident management

Proficiency in modern programming languages and automation scripting
