Technical Project Manager

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee web and data operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage web delivery, QA / UAT, and releases, ensuring smooth deployments and maintaining SLAs

Oversee tech support orchestration, including rapid triage and resolution of requests

Lead collaboration and program management efforts, coordinating across teams and simplifying processes

Required Qualifications

4+ years in Technical Project / Program Management or Product Operations for web applications or SaaS products

Experience managing support workflows with measurable SLAs

Experience managing interns or small operations teams with output targets

Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, and Slack; capable of reading PRs and driving staging tests

Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and data operations fundamentals
