We need you, a network engineer who knows how to craft the exact network the US Army needs.

As a network engineer on our team, you'll help the U.S. Army build and maintain a reliable network to support critical training missions. You'll work with soldiers, SMEs, and users to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape the network's requirements. You'll then plan the acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network components. From resolving interoperability issues across platforms to supporting the acquisition of hardware, you'll put your hardware and software talents to good use. This is your chance to grow your skills in network design, maintenance, and administration while continuing to grow your network engineering experience. You Have

• Experience researching and recommending network and server hardware and software for large complex networks, developing, maintaining, and implementing network support, and archiving procedures
• Experience installing, designing, configuring, and maintaining system hardware and software
• Experience implementing and managing network policies, procedures, and standards and enforcing security procedures
• Experience monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating hardware, software, and network problems
• Ability to meet with clients to plan, analyze, design, and test computer applications to ensure computer software and applications adhere to the organizational plan
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and up to 12 hours a day outside of normal work hours
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Security+, CCNP, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP Certification

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
