JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for performing manual tasks to support the daily operations at our construction production facility, working inside and outside of the facility.

JOB HOURS

  • Monday – Thursday : 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
  • Friday : 6 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
  • Overtime available

    • ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Sweep the shop, collect trash, debris, and cardboard.
  • Haul construction material to houses in the plant.
  • Unload trucks (construction materials).
  • Help move houses in and out of the plant.
  • Perform other general duties as needed.

    • ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS

  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs.
  • Forklift experience or will train as needed.
  • Ability to be on feet continuously throughout the day.
  • Work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to work flexible job duties.
  • Dependable.
  • Knowledge of basic safety rules.

    • Minimum Qualifications : Ability to follow instructions and meet the physical demands of the job.
