Alimark Marketing is a marketing firm based in Mason, Ohio . Our team focuses on in-person, results-driven marketing strategies to help our clients grow — and we’re currently hiring for an Entry-Level Marketing Associate .

This is a hands-on role with direct involvement in local marketing campaigns , brand awareness efforts , and team development . We promote entirely from within, so we’re looking for individuals who are serious about long-term growth.

What You’ll Do :

• Represent clients and manage their in-store marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
• Help increase brand visibility through in-person outreach and events
• Track individual and team progress against campaign goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and partners
• Learn the fundamentals of team leadership and campaign management

Who We're Looking For :

People with experience in sports, leadership, retail, or customer service

Self-managed and able to stay on task without constant supervision

Team players who work well with others but can also take the lead

Quick learners who are focused, reliable, and goal-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment
