About Our Client

Our client is a smaller, full-service general contractor with roots in Mobile, AL. The company leadership is well-connected and from top ENR firms. They have recently implemented a strategic growth plan that is working beautifully, requiring them to add a driven Project Manager to the team. Ideally, this person has some Estimating experience as each PM is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion with the support from the Director of Preconstruction. The company currently works across primarily the retail and mid-size medical markets, however they have just won a large Industrial center and plan to continue building that pipeline across the Gulf Coast. Job Description

The Project Manager will :

• Work alongside the Senior Project Manager to oversee entire project staff
• Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
• Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
• Manage budget and financial reporting
• Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Manage the Quality Assurance / Quality Control program.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions
