As a CNA, You Will

Provide Essential Care : Perform vital sign measurements, record patient statistics (intake / output, height / weight), and obtain routine lab samples.

Assist with Daily Living : Help patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting.

Facilitate Treatment & Mobility : Assist with patient equipment, move and transfer patients, and transport them for testing or treatment.

Ensure Safety & Hygiene : Implement strict infection control protocols, maintain clean and orderly patient rooms, and assist with meal setup and feeding.

Be a Critical Observer : Observe and report patient progress, identify needs for medical intervention, and remove potential hazards.

Be a Team Player : Respond promptly to signal lights, actively participate as a collaborative team member, and contribute to seamless care delivery.

Job Requirements

Education : CNA Certification

Licensure :

ND State Nursing Assistant Registry

Experience :

Previous health care experience preferred but not required.

Skills :

Current certification in CPR within orientation period and renew annually. Attend in-service / meetings and keep current on work related issues – 12 hours CEU / year.

Pay Range

$15.51 - $20.75 / hour
